EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mora Valley Community Health Services, Inc.
Mora Valley Community Health Services, is a health organization located in Mora, NM; Hwy 518, mile marker 26. We have provided health services in Mora County since 1975. The Board of Directors is seeking an ED to lead the organization. We prefer a person who understands rural or frontier health services and is willing to lead the organization for many years. MVCHS provides Primary Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Services through its community health center; We also provide the following services: Home Health Care, Adult Day and Home Services, and Personal Care Option through its home health agency; Two Senior Center locations, one in Mora proper and one in Wagon Mound; We also provide Ambulance services for Western Mora County.
Duties Include: The ED we are looking for will have had experience managing a health related nonprofit for at least three years. We are particularly looking for a person who has had 330 Grant experience. We also hope that the ED would have demonstrated either through education or management experiences the following: Financial management, contract and grant management, operational oversight, board development & community development and some experience with legislative advocacy.
Job Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in the Health/Administrative Field is preferred.

Part-time Temporary LPN or Medical Assistant
Mora Valley Community Health Services, Inc.
Duties Include: Under general supervision in an outpatient clinical setting, provide initial patient triage, registration, and administrative services, assist the providers with administrative paper work and with direct patient care, and performs specialized medical procedures of a routine nature, as dictated by established clinical protocol.
Job Qualifications: New Mexico LPN License or Medical assistant or equivalent clinical training; at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Submit to drug testing and criminal background check.
